Written ByLamar Wilson Bad News, Great News- November 14, 2010I know it's been a while since I posted a new episode. Things have been crazy for me as of late and the hiatus is a direct result of good and bad news. Let's start with the bad news first. My house was broken into and someone stole my camera equipment. Of course naturally, this halted production of the show. Right now I am dealing with the insurance company on what to do to get my things back which can be a small pain. But I am just happy that my wife and kids weren't at home when it happened. Life is Life. Material things are never as important as the ones you love. It's funny because on the camera I had a great episode about the future of the show. And the exciting things coming. It also was going to announce the end of season one. Wes and I are excited about the future of the blog and the show. We are putting the pieces in place to have more episodes featuring Lift and the training that is done there. Wes will be giving great helpful tips on a regular basis, and overall it will be more WES and the Fat Guy and not just the fatguy. Which I know will make the ladies happy. The unfortunate incident has actually gave us a great spot to begin Season Two. We also will be launching a daily work out generator. It will allow you to put in your fitness level and workouts will be generated for you on a daily basis to help you reach your fitness goals. There will be videos and a recorded workout chart that will help you stay on track and help you to do the exercises correctly. We are excited to launch "WATFG Fit Plans". For a small fee you can get the same training, that helped me to lose 63 pounds in six months. Stay tuned for the launch date. Lastly, I am going to blog more. I don't have a camera but that will not stop me from sharing with you. I actually want to start a daily food entry. There is one question people tend to ask me more than any other question and that id, "What are you eating?". So, I will be putting a daily journal up of the food I have eaten for the day and the calorie intake. Hopefully this will show people that I really don't have a strict diet. But also show some of the alternatives you can eat to cut your calorie intake. Thank you all for the support. I have enjoyed sharing this journey with you and have been inspired by those I have inspired. This road hasn't always been easy but traveling it with you has made it enjoyable . Stay tuned because I am sure you will love what we have coming down the road. Live Love Love Life. Leave Comment |

Written ByWesley Rainey Stick with it!- October 28, 2010Life has taken over the Wes and the Fat Guy cast. Marh is super busy doing his 212ths thing and business is really starting to pick up at LIFT Fitness. That is how it goes in the everyday grind that we all find ourselves in. Marh has continued to train but we have adapted his workouts to his schedule. We have cut his workout to 15-25min short intense bouts with little rest. His scale sessions (standing on the scale) aren’t as drastic as when we first started but that is real life sustainable weight loss. He is losing about a lb or so a week. His schedule has changed but he has continued to make it to workouts and even though he isn’t putting hours in the gym he has more energy and is at the very worst maintaining his weight. Too many people get busy and they first thing they start to do is skip their gym time. Come on it’s an easy thing to give up because most people dread doing it anyway. If you are reading this you have probably done it, just skip the gym and then it becomes even tougher to talk yourself back into going. Then before you know it it’s the first of the year and you have put on 10 or more lbs that you now have to make a resolution to get rid of. You don’t gain weight overnight the same way you aren’t going to lose it overnight. Some tips for not skipping the gym -Set workouts like appointments so you don’t schedule anything else during that time frame. -Take your workout clothes with you to work. (If you go home to get them you know it’s not gonna happen) -Find a training partner, group class, or trainer that will hold you accountable. -If you only have 15mins hit it hard for the time you have. (Personally if you workout more than 45mins you’re wasting time) -Think about how good you feel when it is OVER! If you do skip it’s not the end of the world have a short fun routine that you can do at home but only allow it once a month or so. (I would make it the worst routine ever so that it was a punishment for skipping but that’s a different story) Get out and be active! Give us your "don't skip the training" advice... Leave Comment |
Written ByLamar Wilson New Workouts And Episode Announcement- October 24, 2010A couple of weeks ago I took a ketosis challenge. I knew that once I finished with Ketosis that I would probably gain a little weight back because I would be eating normal again. I was right. I gained a few pounds back. I am good with that because I lost some weight and also made $100 in the process. Now I am back to my normal eating schedule. And I have changed up my workouts. Instead of one hour a day for three days. I now do 30 minutes every day. They are energy packed and a lot of fun. These type of workouts allow me to have more time to program. I also wanted to take this post to announce that we will be filming an episode with some "Weight-Loss" Blogstars. I am excited about this episode and cannot wait to get some more input from people that are on this journey as well. Stay tuned! Leave Comment |
Written ByChris Cruz Greetings- October 18, 2010Hey everyone doing my check up to see how you all are doing out there. I have been busy with school and other stuff but i'm proud to say i have lost 3lbs since i last posted. Thank you ya'll are to kind lol. So as you all know i have been doing charity walks with my 1 year old daughter a number of times this year. I hope to hit as many as my wallet will allow and i'm hoping to see some of you out there with me soon. Ok so im late in posting this and im very sorry but as many of you already know this month is breast cancer month and on Oct 24th (this coming sunday) there will be a 5K walk/run at commonwealth stadium. Registration is at 1pm (suggest getting there early) and it will be $20 per person fee. We all have been effected by this and there is no better way to show your support than to walk with those surviors. Also coming up on Nov 6th is the Victory 5K run/walk with the money going to our local VA hospitals. The location is at the Leestown Rd location the website for this walk is www.johnsrunwalkshop.com. The money for this goes to the VA patients themselves as the money the VA gets doesn't cover things like lotion or shaving cream, razors that type of personal care stuff. This money goes to buying those things for these men and women. Many of these men and women don't have family close by or some not at all so you will be directly effecting our local Vets. Registration for this event is $20 also or $25 i don't recall off the top of my head. I hope some of you can make it out to either or both of these events. If you would like to walk with me and my daughter then contact me on facebook or leave a message here. I hope to see you all out there and sorry Lamar to pimp these walks lmao. Leave Comment |
Written ByWesley Rainey Vitamin Info- October 11, 2010Vitamin Labels The Recommended Daily Allowance is the basic amount of a nutrient needed daily to meet basic needs of healthy people. Daily Values are the amounts recommended to help prevent against disease (these amounts are often higher than the RDA). DV is what’s presented on food labels. RDA is mainly used by health professionals. Experts say you should look for a multivitamin that provides 100% of the DV for most of the essential vitamins and minerals in one pill. Multivitamin ingredients are measured in terms of the Daily Value (DV). The recommended amount of each vitamin and mineral is established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Vitamin ingredients is based in part on the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) Best Multivitamin for Men
Best Multivitamin for Premenopausal Women
Basically get a good quality multivitamin and continue to eat well and exercise. For the adults out there still eating flintstone vitamins its time to grow up and get a good multivitamin. Get out and be active! Leave Comment |

This feeling I feel is so different. It's like I know I have made it to the other side of my wall and I am ready to burn and burn. I recently saw this guy on youtube and it really inspired me. Written ByChris Cruz Music ... good for the soul good for the- October 9, 2010When you are feeling sad what is one thing that always seems to pick you up? A great song comes on the radio, ipod, or on TV and you can't help but crack a smile or move your body. One of the hardest things to do when you are over weight is to find motivation to get up and move every day. Music has been that motivation for me, i hear a song from back in the day or a new song that makes me pick up my feet and move. My 1 year old daughter also loves music she has started to shake, twist and move to the sounds of music. I find that when I'm doing my house cleaning it goes by a lot faster when music is on. The reason for that is because i'm enjoying doing the work as i dance around to some Kid n Play or Will Smiths Summer Time. Music has not only been great for getting me up off my rear and on my feet but also in my daily life. When my daughter has a bad day and fusses a lot i find listening to music helps to melt the bad day away. It allows me to take my mind to a place of peace n quite even if she is yelling in the next room fighting nap time. Music also helps out with my photography, as i find listening to music while i shoot allows my mind to see things in a different way. So if life, your diet, your loved ones or anything in general has you run down then turn on the tunes. Find a place to be a lone for a second and crack up one of those old jams that used to make you act like a fool when you heard it and just melt all of lifes stress away. Being at peace is the best thing for a diet and for those around you while you are on a diet lol. Leave Comment |

Written ByChris Cruz I support this movement- October 2, 2010After seeing Lamar and Wes’s recent blog and video I felt like I needed to reappear. I know I’m here and gone more times than Richard Simmons lol. Truth is I have had a lot of life issues that I was dealing with along with school I just haven’t had much time. Recently I went to the Doctors because I haven’t been to a family doctor in 15 years. Since starting this weight loss journey I have been meaning to get in and get a physical and to get my health issues checked out. Most of it was good news but during my physical they noticed something that I had to go see a cardiologist for. Turns out I have a borderline enlarged heart (little above the borderline) and the cardiologist said in the near future I will have hypertension. Now why I have reappeared again is because the comment that Wes and the Fat Guy was not as uplifting or entertaining as it started out being. Well I will take some of that on my shoulders as a guest blogger who hasn’t blogged in a while that not hearing my struggle has somehow hurt the purpose of this website. What has made W&TFG so inspirational are the stories of struggle and success from the members who are on this journey with Lamar. However some people need to understand that losing weight is real it’s not a TV show and overweight people are not actors. We can’t script our lives anymore than you can, trust me I would be 6’4 215lbs of ripped cut muscle with millions in the bank if I could. What Lamar, myself and others like us are going through is as raw and real as you will see. We struggle with our weight, we struggle with our self confidence and we struggle with our social acceptance. Some days we just don’t feel like putting on that happy face and trying to inspire other people to join the weight loss movement with us. I think that is why this thing Lamar is doing is working for many of us when other things don’t. We understand the struggles, the falls the setbacks that affect our weight loss or weight gain. Its one thing to have a trainer or fit person say they understand but unless you have been overweight you really can’t understand the mental torture that goes on with a person overweight. How working out at a crazy pace or eating right upsets us when we don’t see the numbers on the scale change. Its easy for a person who doesn’t need to drop 30, 40 or 50lbs to say “it will come off just give it time.” Look I’m sure the comment made wasn’t meant in a negative and in truth I have been meaning to get back on here and share in my struggle. It is very hard to keep the drive going and the movement moving but this is a journey we all started and we all are here to give support to others who need it. New members coming on board every day need to understand that their weight loss journey won’t all be smiles and sunshine there will be dark depressing days. As a guest blogger I will do my very best to help inspire and push you to reach your weight loss goals. One thing we could all do to help inspire each other is to get together. I feel making a personal connection with someone makes the commitment to be a part of something like this more real. There are always charity walks going on in Lexington and I think it would be great for everyone to do these together. It’s great for our community and its great for our journey, we can travel this journey together one step at a time. For those interested tomorrow is my beautiful little girls first birthday and there is a great charity walk going on in Lexington tomorrow. The Buddy Walk (for Down Syndrome) will start at 11am the location is 3380 Paris Pike Lexington, KY 40511 you can also find more information at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Buddy-Walk/395113395243 I hope to see some of you can make it even though its last min as more of these walks come up I promise to make more of an effort to get on here to share them with you so that we all could do them together. Oh last thing, Lamar you got to put together some type of Wes and the Fat Guy monthly meeting. We could meet to bowl some games, take in a cooking class or anything that would help people feel maybe more connected and bridges that gap so people don’t feel so disconnected from a group of people who understand and share in their struggle. Blogs and videos are great but I think seeing someone while hearing their words can help them feel more a part of something. Till next time remember it’s not who you are that holds you back but rather who you think you’re not. Leave Comment |
Written ByWesley Rainey Frustration- September 30, 2010Today was a turning point for Wes and the Fat Guy. Marh and I had it out today at the gym when he walked in. This type of thing happens all the time when people are working together to accomplish a goal and the results aren’t immediate. To make a long story short, neither Marh nor I were happy with what we perceived as the other persons efforts. When Marh is at the gym which is only 3 or 4 hours out of the week he gives it his absolute all. I would kill for everyone I train to work as hard as he does. Usually that kind of effort is rewarded by constant weight loss. So I assumed that he wasn’t holding up his diet or his activity level outside of the gym. That is where the $*!# hit the fan. Marh was upset that he was working out just as hard and trying to eat as clean as possible and hadn’t dropped any weight lately. After a very loud exchange we had lost the fact that Marh has lost more than 50lbs in about 4 months. That type of weight loss is not sustainable. You are going to hit walls or plateaus and hopefully you have someone there to blame or yell at to get your frustration out and help you move past it. Quit thinking about how long it has been since you have lost weight and think about how your old clothes don’t fit anymore. Your effort isn’t always going to show on the scale. Keep your eyes on the main goal and like we have said before set small goals that eventually lead you to the BIG goal. Get out and be active! Leave Comment |
Written ByLamar Wilson Endure Confessional - September 21, 2010I have hit the wall. I have not really lost alot of weight in the last couple of weeks. I have been staying around the 359-354 range. I sometimes feel like "Man, What do I have to Do?" But I realize the journey is about continuing. It is for me to just keep putting one foot in front of the next until I reach the mountain top. Wes actually told me to take a week off the past week. Just to give my muscles a chance to recover. Which at first I was totally against, but I knew that Wes knew what he was talking about so I took the week off. I am not having an issue with continuing. My problem comes with results. I am used to seeing results even if they are small. Especially when I have increased my workload. But this is different, I can't just will myself to losing 3-4 lbs a week. I just have to be patient and except the changes of my body and hopefully I will begin hitting numbers again. The video below is a video I record a couple of weeks ago when my Big Cousin was in town from South Dakota. CHeck it out! As Dory says in the movie "Finding Nemo", just keep Swimming, swimming, swimming. Live Love Love Life Leave Comment |
Written ByKurt Blosser Being the Pink Elephant- September 14, 2010Before you can understand the pink elephant you have to know what it is. When you find out what it is, you find out that the pink elephant is YOU. Now that I have everyone completely confused but hopefully intrigued let me explain my pink elephant philosophy. The pink elephant is what I like to refer to as something that sticks out in a room, crowd, or any social setting that everyone sees but no one knows how to address it. Everyone knows that it is present but they don’t know what they can do to help. The pink elephant is obviously a situation that is uncomfortable for everyone involved because they don’t want to run the risk of being the person that speaks out and then is looked at in an unfavorable manner. Being the one that points out the issue is not an easy thing to undertake and it takes a lot of inner confidence to take that step. There are very few people that will ever take that responsibility because it is easier to talk to others about the situation without addressing the problem. You feel better because you feel like you are helping the situation due to pointing it out and you get the feedback from everyone else involved, but in the end that pink elephant will never go away or become invisible until something is done to address it. In my situation, I was (and still am) the pink elephant. I knew that things were not right, I knew that I was unhappy, I knew that I wanted to improve but I did not know or didn’t want to accept the fact that it was affecting everyone around me. I am truly blessed to have people in my life that cared enough about me to be worried and took the steps to address the issue with my weight and appearance to invoke change. It was not until the process started that I realized the magnitude of being the pink elephant and all that it encompassed. My friends and family for a long time had made subtle comments, offers and clues that there was an issue without ever really saying anything. That all changed one cold December afternoon over lunch with one of the people in my circle of friends that stepped up to the plate and tackled the pink elephant. He ran the risk of a negative reaction by me and the real possibility that by addressing the issue that the result could change the relationship forever. This person though was not just addressing the issue for himself but for everyone in my circle of friends and family. When he addressed the issue not only did he tell me the issue, he offered a solution and made a commitment to guide me through the process. He was not going to take no for an answer, he was not going to leave until he got the buy in from me and he let me know how many people were involved in the process. This is the day that began to change my life. Nine months later, I am beginning the process of chronicling the events that have transpired since that day and how they have POSITIVELY impacted this pink elephant and my life. There will be more to come but I thought this was a fitting introduction. Kurt Blosser Leave Comment |
Written ByLamar Wilson Be careful what you wish for....- September 8, 2010Yesterday, I was giving Wes a hard time. I kept saying how my weight loss had slowed to a almost halt and that I was going to start doing basketball training, because I remembered how well that worked in High School. Well today that's just what we did. He took me outside to a basketball court and whore me out. It was such a humbling experience. I thought I was getting better with me breathing. I can do a lot on the treadmill now, but this was a totally different beast. The workout was a "getting ready for NBA" style of workout. He said it's one they used on Jodie Meeks when he trained at another gym. Man, it was crazy. This workout helped me to realize a few things:
and After that workout, I realize I have new small goals to go after. But getting back to basketball made the workout challenging and fun. I say get outside today. Do something in this nice weather! Be active! and enjoy life. We are going to get back to our sexy together. Live Love Love Life Leave Comment |
Written ByWesley Rainey More is not always better.- September 7, 2010For some reason people believe that longer workouts will burn more calories and in turn speed up fat loss. At LIFT I commonly run into this mindset with new clients. People think the longer they run or workout the better off they are, the truth of the matter is the REAL calorie burn comes from the workout recovery not from the actual workout. Here is an example of what I’m talking about. A client comes in and runs on the treadmill for 30 minutes at an 8 min mile pace. During that time period they may burn 450 total calories (just an estimate). During the next 24 hours the body will begin the recovery process and at the end of the 24 hours they will have burned a total 1800 calories. The same client could perform 30 minutes of interval strength training and burn 350 calories during the 30 minutes but burns a total of 2200 calories at the end of a 24 hour recovery period. I am just using estimates to get my point across but this is what recent research has shown. The increased calorie burn occurs due to the elevated metabolism and other physiological factors that are occurring to repair the body. Many times people’s mindset is that they must run themselves to death or stay in the gym for so long that they are too sore to exercise the next day. After about 45 minutes of strenuous exercise a person begins doing more damage to the body than it can handle and thus puts themselves in a state of injury rather than recovery. What is the point of that? Overtraining is just going to lead to more injuries and poor results. The point of training is to get better and see results not kill yourself and have sit out for two days. Bottom line, you should mix it up, I’m not saying to not run but do it in intervals or only perform long distance interchangeably with strength training. You do not need to injure yourself or spend all day in the gym to achieve your goals. More time does not equal more results!!! Get out and be active! Leave Comment |
Written ByChris Cruz Here I am - September 6, 2010Finally after a long move and recovery from the move I’m back to normal routine, well almost. Since we last chatted we have moved and I have fallen off the weight loss wagon. Ok to be fair I not only fell off got caught under it, then dragged and finally run over. During the move it was tough to keep on my diet and eat right. The fact that moving burns a lot of calories I just sort of ate what I wanted when I did eat. I have put back on a few pounds and I would like to say it is muscle but given how I was eating that’s not possible. Either case I got down on myself for a few days and I allowed myself to just say ok it happen I screwed up but remember why you started this and I am now back on my wagon. If there is something I have learned during this move it is that sometimes the tough choices are the right choices. It was easy to say let’s pick up something to eat rather than finding a way to make something to eat. I could have bought lunch meat to eat rather than a burger or pizza. It is hard to walk away from food when for so many of us we find so much pleasure in eating certain things. The problem is once you start on a diet and find some success it doesn’t take much to push us back into old habits. For me it was something as simple as moving into a new place and just feeling too exhausted to get up and fix the proper meals. It sucks and I’m upset with myself but its ok I just have to except the fact that I made a mistake and get back to what I was doing. In the past I would get down on myself to the point of almost depression which just meant worse eating and no exercising. One of the things I have decided to do to get back on the wagon is to sign up for some upcoming run/walks. There is one on the 19th of this month for Alzheimer's Association called Memory Walk that is here in Lexington. I posted the link below so you can get more information about start time and location. Also Oct 2nd in Louisville is a walk for Down Syndrome I’ll also posted that link below for more information. There are other walks and as I get more information on walks I will blog them for anyone interested in attending them. Until next time, remember it’s not who you are that holds you back but rather who you think you’re not. Written ByLamar Wilson It is all around us- August 28, 2010I just finished reading the check-in log for Daniel Maupins. He is down 42 pounds on his journey to become thin. I am so happy for him. I also started thinking how motivated I am to push harder, because of HIS individual efforts. This past week has been great for me. I have achieved some landmark goals, witnessed my daughter accept Jesus, and have begun hashing out the new vision for "Wes and the Fat Guy" with Wes and my partner Lafe. What i realized this week is that motivation is all around us. You can find it in small feats of courage. You can see it in the will power of others. You can find motivation in others long suffering, their perseverance. You can find motivation in animal behavior. You can find motivation everywhere if you look through "right-attitude" glasses. My daughter has always talked about her love for Jesus Christ but she was afraid of being baptized. But on Sunday she went up to announce her faith in Jesus despite her fears of "drowning". Seeing this made me happy as a father but also inspired me to have enough courage to try some of the other ideas I have had for this series. Seeing her small courageous feat helped me to gain more courage. Sometimes I, like many of us, get down on our selves and self motivation is out of the question. But I have found that when you can't motivate yourself find motivation from other things and other people. Daniel, Kurt, Cj and the many other people who have joined the WATFG movement, have motivated me to keep blogging, to keep editing and producing shows, and to continue fighting the good fight of weight loss. I also realize that by me becoming motivated, I motivate others, and the cycle continues. Don't let the cycle end with you. When you are motivated by someone, pay it forward. A good friend of mine always says "if we encourage half as much as we discourage, imagine what kind of world this would be". Live Love Love LIfe Leave Comment |
Written ByChris Cruz What's your goal- August 24, 2010So it has been a week since my last blog and about my 3rd real week since starting my diet. Right about now is the time when I find myself starting to slip off my diet because my schedule is hectic or the calorie counting is breaking me down. The real reason is because I have hit that 5lbs wall that seems to always get me. I have found that losing and keep those first 5lbs off is the toughest for me. Mostly because my first 5lbs really turns into my first 10lbs. It never fails when I start a diet within the first week I put on 5lbs, like clockwork. I couldn’t tell you why and any Dr. or trainer I have worked with or talked to can’t tell me why. Another reason for my slip around this time is my health issues. I played some type of sport for a number of years and my knees and hips are always in pain. I find it hard to walk and if I do I’m pretty much stiff or in a lot of pain the next day. This time around I have found motivation in different things to keep me going. I feel stronger this time around and I have busted through that wall and I’m not slowing down. One of the major factors for this has been Wes and The Fat Guy, I won’t let Lamar get back down to his sexy before me lol. The other is my fiancé Sarah and my daughter Laney, I know I need better control on my health so I can spend more time with them. I have set some realistic goals this time around which I think is a major thing when trying to lose weight. Any time I have gone into a gym and worked with a trainer they ask what my goal weight is, they often want me to tell them what I want to get all the way down too. While that’s great to have a final goal weight I think it’s more important to have a starting goal weight. For me I wanted to be down to 300 lbs by my daughter’s birthday Oct 2nd and then 280 by year’s end. I think my first weight goal is a struggle but one I can do if I stay true to my weight loss and don’t take a break from it. In years past I have set that goal weight at 250lbs, with no goal in between which is a lot of weight to drop (almost 100lbs at one time). When you set a goal so high you can’t help but set yourself up for failure. Well some can do that but let’s be honest I wouldn’t have needed to lose 100lbs if I could follow through with a goal like that. One of the other bad things I used to do was rewards; if I dropped 10lbs I would allow myself a full cheat day. The problem with that is one day turns to two and soon I have put back on those 10lbs or most of them and I become discouraged. Rewards are great just don’t make them about food, make it something like a day at the movie alone with no kids (if you have kids) or the next time the weather is great and you are working call in sick and go for a hike. It doesn’t feel like exercise because you are playing hooky from work and the weather is great. Plus you can take your time it’s a leisure day the main goal of a reward is to enjoy it. Also remember weight loss is a marathon not a sprint so just because someone else is dropping a lot of weight try not to feel like you have to starve yourself or working out 8 hours to catch up. Just like we all gain weight different we all lose it differently as well, just stick to your program and you will get there. Ok that wraps this blog up but make sure you check back soon as Lamar, Lafe and myself will be hitting the disc golf links tomorrow so video and photos will be coming. Till next time we dream to become what we strive to achieve. Leave Comment |
Written ByWesley Rainey Freshness- August 18, 2010In our most recent episode we covered a wide range of issues that dealt with the actual work outs. Lamar was beat down and a little bored with his workouts. This happens from time to time, when you are just starting out. You have some early success and then the pounds start to be a little tougher to lose. You must change up your routine to jumpstart your mind and body. Everyone thinks that you have to learn 50 new exercises to change up the routine. This doesn’t necessarily have to be the case. Just simple changes to the exercises you are already doing and feel comfortable with will give you the change you need. These small alterations such as adding weight and changing the tempo will make the same old boring exercises new and more challenging. Instead of doing the same old body weight squats you’ve been doing hold a weight while doing them, do speed squats, or jump squats. Progressing to more difficult variations of exercises you’ve mastered will make you feel better when the scale isn’t cooperating. You can think back to how hard it was to finish two rounds of twelve body squats. Now you are doing three rounds of jump squats in half the time. You should not be lifting the same amount of weight that you were lifting a week or two ago. Constantly progressing is the only way to keep the body guessing and working toward your goal. These are just a few ways to change up your workout without learning new exercises. A well planned weight loss program should have simple progressions to keep your workout fresh and show you’re improvement. Now, change it up and get after it. Get out and be active!
